Quincy Center Medical Development

Building upon the improvements of growth already underway in Quincy, a modern retail-oriented square emerges off of Hancock Street. We are currently in the documentation phase of this project, which includes 180 residential units, a 120-key hotel, and a 200,000 square-foot medical office building and parking garage.

Located less than ½ mile from the Quincy Center MBTA station, this transit-oriented development is envisioned as a mixed-use modern campus. A reinvigorated retail corridor along Hancock street will enhance Quincy’s growing reputation as a live, work, play destination.”
